Hi, I am Anran Zhou

Born in Beijing 🇨🇳, and spent five years in Toronto 🇨🇦.

Graduated from OCAD University, Digital Future Program, where I take creative approach to immersive technology and digital media. During my study, I also interned at RBC and ecobee to continuously improve my knowledge and skills as a designer.

Due to pandemic in 2020, I relocated to China and started to work on Microsoft Teams, where I am honored to design 0-1 features and validate early-stage product concepts through user research and testing. My work has also been recognized by global partners in Bellevue, Prague and Vancouver.

During my spare time, I like to bring new (sometimes quirky) ideas into tangible side projects, including illustration, 3D & Motions, and AR/VR prototyping, as my long-term aspiration is to become a designer specialized in XR industry.
